Terms of Service
1. A booking fee of £150 is charged at the time of booking. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE. But you do have a 7 day cooling of period, whereby cancellation MUST be made verbally within 7 days, and confirmed in writing within 13 days, of the booking fee payment being received. Full payment is required no later than 2wks prior to the event.
2. The Client shall have the right to CANCEL by serving upon David Lee no less than 28 clear days notice in writing. Failure to do so will require payment in full for the Date(s) Cancelled and MUST be paid by the date of the cancelled engagements(s).
3. The Client is responsible for the safety and security at the venue and shall evict any persons causing nuisance to David Lee, David Lee Assistant(s) or any other persons there.
4. David Lee must supply all necessary amplification and equipment to perform and must be completely self contained, apart from the electrical supply. The client must ensure that the necessary power supply is present.
5. In the event of any damage or loss of equipment or material provided by the Artist for the purpose of performance by persons on the premises the Client shall be liable to pay IN FULL the repair or replacement costs of equipment and the hire of necessary Equipment or material during replacement time and to compensate any loss of work due to the damaged/lost equipment failure to pay these costs will result with further action taken.
6. The client will make sure that the artist will be given enough time to set-up and dismantle all equipment, and will liaise with the venue management to ensure this is allowed.
7. In the event that David Lee is unable to attend personally, we shall endeavour to provide a substitute and the Client will be informed. Should David Lee be unable to supply any substitute then David Lee shall become liable to compensate the Client for loss of revenue up to an amount not exceeding the fee for that missed event.
8. The event is not classed as confirmed until the booking form has been signed and returned to David Lee along with the booking fee, at which point it will become legally binding by both parties.
